Leisa combines executive-level marketing savvy with creativity and a strategic mind to help biotech/pharmaceutical organizations shape brands, strategies, and operations. Her 30 years on the commercial side of major multinational organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Glaxo, and Glaxo Wellcome and biotech startups include analytic, tactical, and strategic roles in domestic and international positions. She holds undergraduate degrees in Chemistry and Medical Technology (concentration microbiology), an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business (Duke University), and a certificate in Organizational Development from the University of North Carolina.
